Refunds will be processed only after the completion of the tour. During peak season, no cancellations will be entertained.
The company is not responsible for the services provided by third parties, such as airlines, railways, hotels, local transport, or attractions. Delays or deficiencies in their services are beyond our control.
Separate rules apply for different schemes announced by the company. These will be communicated to passengers at the time of booking.
In case of an accident, claims must be made through the insurance company. The company is not liable for delays or issues caused by bus failure or other unforeseen circumstances during travel.
